Dosing Guide

GENERAL HEALTH AND WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

1. Use one to two capsules daily, (mornings) or 2 hours before exercise.
2. For weight management, take 2 capsules daily, away from meals. Effects start after 7 days and improve with longer use.

POST-EXERCISE MUSCLE RECOVERY

1. Take 2 hours before exercising, or immediately after.
2. Use one capsule up to 70kg, or two capsules if 70kg+.
3. Redose 7 days following intense sessions.

FOR SPORTS ENDURANCE, CARDIOVASCULAR FUNCTION, FAT METABOLISM and GI SUPPORT
